The Warehouse Gym - Business Bay

Although Warehouse Gym offers great facilities, their member service seriously needs improvement. I've been a member for over 3.5 years, but my recent experience has left me extremely disappointed. A couple of weeks ago, I was harassed by another male member at the Business Bay branch. I immediately tried to contact Sharon Lopez, Head of Customer Service and Compliance, by calling her mobile twice with no response. I then sent her a WhatsApp message, which she read but never responded to. After waiting a few days, I also sent her an email explaining the incident, yet she neither replied nor called back. This complete lack of response from someone in charge of member welfare is deeply concerning. As Warehouse Gym continues to expand, it's important they remember that member safety and wellbeing must come first. It's unacceptable for female members to feel uncomfortable or unsafe in what should be a secure and professional fitness environment. I genuinely hope Warehouse Gym takes this feedback seriously and implements changes to ensure better accountability, responsiveness, and safety for all members, especially women.

The gym is relatively small. It has some equipment, but not much. The place is nice and not crowded.

I have been to the Warehouse in Al Quoz and in DIFC, this ome is much smaller and has no classes. But parking was easy (I parked/ valet just outside the building ) 2 floors (downstairs was a crossfit DIY area and upstairs cardio and machines, chance g roms etc.

Training with Alina is always a joy! She's professional, attentive, and knows how to keep you motivated. Every session feels effective and inspiring -- couldn't ask for a better trainer!

The location is great which is near to my house. It's really comfortable to work out and it's so nice to walk in and the staff is greeting you with a smile and friendly approach. Thank you Alvin for your great energy and for the smooties, the best!
