I usually go in the morning, so it's quiet and peaceful with no crowd. The place is spotless and has that luxurious hotel-like scent. Although there's not a lot of equipment, the classes are fantastic. I attended one for my free trial, and Tarek made it so much fun! The inclusive culture here really boosts your confidence, even if it's your first time.
