Z Gym , located in Zakir Nagar , Gadda colony area is a basic unisex gym with many sort of exercising machines . It's air-conditioned and a good place to start you daily gym . Crowd is good . Normal machines charges -Rs.500 per head per month Automatic machine charges- Rs.1000 per head per month . Yearly plans are also available .

A good gym with all the necessary equipments needed at comparatively cheap fees. Ventilation not great and may cause excessive sweating, otherwise great gym filled with dedicated and helpful gym-goers.
They do have all good machines but little bit old and rusty. But they got Belt Squats Machine , Special area for Cardio and Calisthenics. Pretty much machines but very congested.
My experience with Z Gym has been Very Nice, . Treatment was effective, equipments are good. I especially thank Mr Zubair (Jonny) for regular diet plans, updates and motivation ..
