I had an incredibly disappointing experience with the gym. The owner convinced me to purchase a 7-month package, despite my clear explanation that I work in a consultant field and would only be able to commit to a 1-month package due to frequent travel. However, he assured me that it wouldn't be an issue if I didn't attend for a couple of months, as he would adjust the package accordingly.After nearly two months of absence, I returned to the gym only to be told by the owner that I needed to pay for the additional months if I wished to continue. Not only did he break his promise, but he also proceeded to hurl abusive language at me, treating me as if I were using the gym for free.This level of unprofessionalism and deception is unacceptable. It's clear that the owner has no regard for his customers' trust or satisfaction. I strongly advise against opting for any package longer than a month at gym. Seek out a gym with integrity and respect for its members.

Truly amazing. This gym helped me transform both physically and mentally. The owner, Mr. Abhishek Rana, is a gem. He has given me the proper understanding of what fitness is and how much it is important. Not only him, but the supporting staff are also good. The overall experience was good. And I am looking forward to continuing ahead with this great team of fitness.

One of the best gym in Safdarjung Enclave. Staff is really competent and unlike many other gym they do care about YOU rather than forgetting about their member after getting paid. Recommended.

Very nice gym . Equipment are new and very good in condition . Trainers are also very cooperative and good ,I just want mentioned Mr Amit (trainer ) under whose I am training it's very good experience and because of his motivation I always trained more than my potential.

Been working out here for over a year. Extremely well maintained and well priced. The owner takes a lot of initiative in consistently improving the gym. The trainers are extremely helpful as well. One of the best gyms in the area, and easily the best gym in this price range.

I have been to many gyms but never found a gym like Yes fitness gym. The machines get upgraded with time. They have equipments for almost all the excercises. The ambience and music here is also good. The staff and trainers here are very polite and hardworking (especially Amit). If you are looking for a good gym.. you should surely think about subscribing to this one.

If you are looking for good fitness trainers & not so swanky gym.. Then this is best place. The trainers are experienced & honest in their approach. They don't misguide and will make u follow a good training regimens..
