UFS GYM

The UFS gym equipped with high range of equipments. Clean and hygenic environment. Gym is spacious and enough space to move around. Trainers are very responsive and always ready for guidance. Special thanks to the UFS gym owner who was very humble and supportive.

It has been a few days since I joined this gym, but I am already very impressed. It's not a fancy gym with lots of advanced machines, but the main differentiators are the trainers. Everyone receives equal importance from the trainers, which is very rare to find in any gym. They are not greedy people, they love what they do. I hope to spend a long time here and improve my body. I would like to call out Mr. Harsh, he is very friendly and sincere."

Best decision I made by joining this gym. Environnement is very friendly. Trainers give equal attention to everyone. I love that they provide towels for workouts, water and most importantly the same group of quality trainers are there to personally get to know you and push you in the right way. It's a hard workout with happy people! And I am seeing results for sure.

One of the best gym in the area. The trainer guides you fully and are always there to support you. They even have a dietician who will guide you in your diet accordingly. The machines are up to date and neat and clean. Helpers are always available to keep the gym clean and keeps the weights racked up. I would recommend to take minimum 3 months plans as that is cheaper than the monthly one.

A great place to workout. The gym easily differentiates from a lot of other gyms present in the area as it does not promote personal training. All the trainers are easy to approach and support you during your session. As the place is attracting a lot of clients, it is now important for them to increase their floor area to accommodate everyone.

This place is way to good for training . The trainer and the crew out there is excellent , will help you when ever you need them . From my point of view it's the best gym you will see in South Delhi . The way trainer and other crew people treat you and the area where the gym has been put up the fee they ask for it's perfect fine .

Undoubtedly the best gym in Malviya Nagar and the adjacent areas. All the trainers here are super helpful and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at.It's hardly been a month that I am going there and I see great change in my energy levels and body. Workouts here are fun! Fellow members are inspiring! The support team always try and maintain the cleanliness in the gym. I get trained by Sonu bhai who is Amazing, full of energy! Vibhati is the best trainer here for functional training! Vicky bhai is an excellent mentor. P.S. Gym is now bigger!

Space is an issue here! Specially during rush hours. As it is a small gym. With no sauna and no separate bathroom. There was no toilet paper and the toilets were not clean. A big thumbs up to the cordial team though and trainers. Otherwise its all good
