The machines & equipment are well maintained, membership fee is also reasonable. The helping staff sometimes misbehaves & the owner also keeps on changing policies for his profit. One thing I really dislike is they keep on shuffling some trainers, which is really bad for those who were comfortable with them. Trainers are good there, they have good knowledge & experience of their fields. And Mr.Sachin Tandon Sir is the best trainer there. Avoid taking yearly memberships, otherwise you'll be stuck there for no reason. Space wise it's little small, it sometimes feels so suffocating when too many members come at the same time.
