Hands down, the best gym I've been to so far. The trainers here are exceptionally amazing, they really push you hard into achieving great results. The kind of personal attention that you get here is completely different from what you'll ever experience at any other gym. They value health and fitness over anything. I started here in the month of April and now, almost a month later, I can say that I feel good about how my mind and body are responding to the changes the gym routines here bring in a day-to-day lifestyle. The overall environment is good and women-friendly. The instructor here gives proper attention to your individual goals and keeps the whole vibe of the gym light and positive. This gym is the best gym in Delhi cantt! It provides us with well equiped machines and the best trainers. I highly recommend this gym to everyone! I was a person who never liked gym but after going to this place I love to exercise and they encourage me to stay fit.
