I've been attending yoga classes at Soulfit for two months now, and it has been hugely helpful. I suffer from severe lower back issues, and I can see considerable progress in it, ever since I've joined. Raj, my trainer, customises the sessions as per my need and has helped me regain overall strength in my body. He is very skilled and understands exactly what the client needs.
