I joined Shark gym in March 2025 and have been continuing ever since. At the age of 59, I decided to start working out primarily to de-stress, beginning with basic exercises like treadmill, cycling, and rowing. Over the months, I gradually developed an interest in light weight training and muscle workouts under the excellent guidance of Jatin, who is always cheerful, encouraging, and kind -- constantly motivating me even when I hesitate to ask for help. The gym is a great place to work out, with well-maintained facilities and a very supportive team, including Shubham, Suraj, and Gaurav and others. Kudos to them for being consistently attentive and helpful, despite their busy schedules assisting other members. Overall, it's a wonderful place and I strongly recommend it to anyone who is genuinely interested in maintaining their fitness, health, and overall well-being.
