I was never a gym person. I used to actually hate the idea of gymming over playing a sport. But after an injury and post Covid weight gain I reluctantly decided to join a gym, but why I picked MPX Fitness over any other option is because the trainer Amir was highly recommended as a friendly and supportive trainer. He creates a happy and positive vibe with his nature and personality. It's been 3 months now and I've strayed seeing results. My biggest problem was with being consistent but MPX has good energy and vibes that's why I am able to regularly keep up with my goals. On top of all this, the price of admission is also very healthy and affordable. If you want to join any gym I would suggest MPX is the one for you especially if you hate the idea of gymming. I got recommendation from my family and now I can do the same for everyone.
