Beyond the clean, well-equipped, top-notch machinery and luxurious facilities, what truly stands out is the motivating atmosphere created by the trainers. They pay close attention to detail, correcting even the smallest mistakes and constantly encouraging you to improve. To be honest, I initially found the owner a bit arrogant. However, I quickly realized he's one of the most passionate, approachable, and knowledgeable people I've met. He's genuinely invested in helping me with my workouts and even exploring practical diet options. Finally a gym in Naraina for beginners like me. Highly recommended! All the best
