Gold's Gym GK

I've seen this gym go from the best in the area to one of the worst. Have been working out here for the past 3 years. It used to be Gold's, but then cult came into the picture. Since then there's almost no management, no one takes responsibility of anything, very old and faulty equipment, I've seen people leaving the gym just because how dirty and rusty the equipment is. See we men don't care much if the rods and dumbbells are dirty, but when it comes to female members, they want the equipment to at least be clean.

I recently have joined this gym. I would like to say that till now my experience has been really good. The gym is spacious it has a huge cardio section with well maintained machines. The management, trainers, housekeeping staff, valet guys have all been really cooperative and helpful. A big positive is that they have a clean and well maintained steam room which one can access after their workout.

Even though the gym opens early but there's no one really present at the Gym to facilitate or assist anyone. The equipment is dirty at times. The cleaning staff comes at 7 or something. There's no instructor available on site. They do not provide any help with parking because obviously everything is your responsibility and they do NOT care about you or your vehicle. They've made sure they've added enough signages to tell you that. So much that they want you to clean the equipment after you've used it. So you carry your cleaning tools as well. The parking guy is extremely rude and refuse to co-operate or to guide people to park properly. The people coming in the morning are extremely Loud and do not respect other people's space.

I had a pathetic experience at Gold's Gym. Before I purchased the membership, I was promised 16.5 months, but I received only 15 months till date. This is nothing less than cheating, and I will be taking action against the gym. On my first day, I went to the reception to ask about a trainer since it was my first time, but the staff completely ignored me. Some machines don't even work properly, and a few staff members misbehave with customers. They mislead, cheat, and ignore their members. I honestly regret buying the membership here and strongly advise others not to waste their money

Haven't fixed this for months, no Wi-Fi overtly crowded during evening, and only a few mats, which are mostly unsanitized, and chaotic everywhere.

Edit Changing it to 5 star here's the detailed things I love about this gym The Best Gym Experience in South Delhi! I've a member at Cult's Gold's Gym in East of Kailash for a while now, and I can say without a doubt it's the best fitness facility I've ever been a part of. If you're serious about your fitness, just go for it! What stands out the most is the incredibly responsive and efficient management and staff. The sauna had a minor issue, and they had it fixed in less than a single day! That level of service is rare. gym in pristine condition. The entire space is well-maintained, the lighting is perfect, and the machines are absolutely top-notch and cover everything you could possibly need.been The atmosphere here is another huge plus. It's a community of chill, supportive, and serious individuals who are there to work, which creates a focused and motivating environment. And I have to give a special shout-out to the cult - it's just ! They listens to their clients Honestly, finding a gym this good for under 20,000 a year is an absolute steal. You won't find better value for your money anywhere else. Highly, highly recommended! If you face any issue here with machines just raise it with the cult and see their service love it

This gym certainly needs help of a better management. Since the time of its transfer from golds to cult, the service has gone down the drain. First time in my 2 year of membership I have seen no one taking responsibility of things that require repair The steam hasn't been working for more than a month now. Earlier when it was down they would hardly take 2 days to repair. But now the cult manager who sits there on dormant mode has no clue how long will it take. When you would come in the gym on the first floor you would see broken mirrors. Which have been in the same condition for the last six month! Making it a safety concern if it falls on someone. The water fountain used for drinking is broken as well. Again it's been in same condition for last 4-5 months. The pully push down cable is broken from last 4-5 months There is no accountability here from cult people. They are pro active in selling membership But when it comes to maintenance they are going down the lane into the drain! I would suggest to skip taking membership of this particular branch as they are really hopeless individuals who are managing it presently. A gym in good locality but managed in a poor way is such a disappointment. I am not here talking about over crowding or behaviour of gym trainers. They are nice and affable. Overcrowding is an issue everywhere and that's completing fine. I am talking about the basics of a decent working gym where they are lagging.

Went as part of Cult Elite subscription. Trainers would haunt you to take personal training. Overall not a great experience.
