The Gym is best and owner are very much cooperative. They have all equipment related to body fitness. One of the best experience in this gym.

Love to visit there ..... a good trainer, healthy environment, i don't feel any strange experience when i visit for the first tym....i join there after a day trial only....overall nyc experience i had....

Not a good gym. There's constant money related conflicts between owner and the trainers. they keep dumping their problems on you while you're working out. Gym owner argues with every single person around her. I paid for a 4 month membership but I had to stop going to the gym within a week because of this very problem. Only one trainer is taking care of the gym at a time and he is present only during the peak hours. The owner happens to be the "dietician" and she keeps dismissing your food habits even if you tell her that you drink only almond milk and no tea/coffee, lots of veggies etc etc. Equipments are only basic. And please ask for diet advice from the owner only if you want to hear her flaunt. Timings are not great either. I almost judge myself for joining this gym on my birthday (sigh).

Amazing Gym with good facilities and Very nice gym trainer

I had a very disappointing experience with the owner even before joining the gym. The lady owner was extremely arrogant and lacked basic courtesy when interacting with potential clients. I would strongly advise against choosing this gym due to their unprofessionalism and poor behavior.

One of the best gyms in south Delhi. Great staff. The best trainer I have seen so far. He is humble and always ready to help. 5 stars for the Trainer.

Very bad experience at all i never suggest this bad place to anyone. Trainers behaviour are very bad towards clinets. Even the owner is to rude plus the trainer doesn't give the perfect training. I pay fee for 3 months on the enrolment day they told me they provide me zumba and yoga classes but not a single day the do this. I told them many times but there is no response from their side. Very worst and disrespectful behaviour from them all.
