This place have a good environment and have designated instruments and machines to help reach your fitness goal and to achieve the body you have dreamt of The trainers are very down to earth and always ready to help you whenever you need it It's a great value for money as the training they are providing is really good and the staff is very nice All in all its a good place to workout and shed some extra pounds.
