A small, no-frills kind of fitness place. Its well equipped, the trainer is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Unlike big fitness brands, it does not pressure to buy a 'plan' or hire a 'personal instructor' or choose a 'protein supplement'. You work according to your needs and under the watchful eye of the gym trainer. The space is intimate with a great vibe.

Amazing facility, top equipment and great environment. Good service with friendly and super clean and comfortable gym for everyone from beginner to professional athletes to train at. I a been coming to this gym from 2 months. I was completely beginner and they guided me very well from diet to workout. Overall The experience was great.
