The management team is just amazing.. Every bad or negative review is replied by saying it's fake.. And when they don't have answers to genuine reviews they just leave them and don't even reply to it.. If you guys are thinking that by doing these things, you are able to justify your self , then I would say no.. Most of the geniune 1 stars are unreplied.. Also , the Gym staff and management team is very rude.. These people should first go to someone who can teach them how to talk to consumers and handle tensed situations..

Best place to workout. Due to the less crowd, it's a boon for any fitness enthusiast. Equipments ,machines are buttery smooth along with availablity of almost all the accessories. Steam and valet parking is a plus point. The vibe and ambience is pretty good due to the kind of crowd that comes here. Worth every penny. Highly recommended to people living in the vicinity

Had there been an option for no rating I would have opted for that! From the time I have joined the gym, the staff and management has been doing changes on their own like changing my personal trainers without even prior notice. This became pretty annoying when they told me that my Personal training sessions validity has expired and I have to renew them to avail the previous ones as well and I will only get like one or two sessions from the remaining five. I had informed while enrolling for person training sessions that I will be out of station for 10 days and once I'll be back I will take up the remaining sessions but they messaged me on my vacation that my sessions have expired and all the weird things they could say to me and they do not even consider that I was not well even after those 10 days for a week. Of Course they have the audacity to be inhumane, and the management or the so-called owners never talk to you in person. I would not recommend anybody in South Delhi and around to enroll in this gym because every time the trainers are changing as they are ill treated and even the staff changes very often. Also, the reception staff that they hire for general management management of the gym is so unfit themselves and that guy smokes up and sits on the reception and it smells so bad. This is so unprofessional of them as a gym entity. They are just trying to enrol new people and make money and their goal is not of provide a wholesome fitness workspace. The area and around has much better gyms with much better staff and trainers.

Very bad experience gym owner behaves is not good

This is one of the most top noche gym in GK. I got know about this gym through one of my friends who is a member of this gym. The prices are more than reasonable compared to the quality they are providing . The machines are very advanced and the crowd is so nice unlike the other gyms. Honestly I was a member of golds before but I guess the standards were raised once I saw this gym because I was unnecessarily investing my money eleswhere . Staff is so helpful and so is the housekeeping. The bathrooms are so clean and the atmosphere over all .. LOVE IT ! KEEP UT UP FITGRAM
