For the past week, my experience at this gym has been unacceptable. The primary issue is the complete lack of maintenance. A significant portion of their equipment is out of order. Treadmills are displaying error messages, weight machines have broken cables and pins, and benches are unstable. It's not just one or two items; it's enough to disrupt any serious workout routine. It has been over a week with no visible effort to repair anything, showing a clear disregard for member safety and satisfaction. To make matters worse, the air conditioning is either not working or functioning so poorly that the gym feels stuffy and unhygienic. Working out in a poorly ventilated environment is not only uncomfortable but also a health concern. Given the combination of broken, unsafe equipment and the failure to provide a basic, comfortable environment, I cannot in good conscience recommend this gym to anyone. The lack of care from management is evident. Please save your time and money. Do not fall into the trap of a low membership fee, as you will be paying for a service they are not providing. I regret joining and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I go to the gym in the morning. I rush into the gym in the morning, and it is heavier. Too much waiting for the machine because of the crowd. Please find one slot that suits you if you avoid waiting and the crowd. Overall, it's good and has all the necessary equipment.

Frequent Fights: Physical altercations between members happen more often than you'd imagine in a gym setting, and the management seems to turn a blind eye to these issues. In short, Cult Elite Gym does not live up to its name or the price tag. There are far better gyms in the area with lower fees and better facilities. It's clear that member complaints are not taken seriously, which is incredibly disappointing. Look elsewhere if you're serious about your fitness journey.

WORST GYM I HAVE SEEN IN MY LIFE. Cult chattarpur is the worst, most crowded, and under equipped gym. They don't have even basic things. The mirror is missing from months. Dumbells are not complete. Pairs are missing. They sold me the membership with steam included. Now the steam bath is also broken. All the machines have 7-8 people working out on it at once. A basic 30-40 minute workout takes 1.5 hours for no reason. Many people don't even workout. They are just standing, gossiping around, making it more chaotic. A person can not even see in the mirror while working out. Attachments are either missing or broken. Worst gym to workout. DO NOT BUY MEMBERSHIP FROM HERE. DO NOT BUY CULT MEMBERSHIP AT ALL. IT IS A SCAM.
