I weight trained with Bharat for almost a year until I had to relocate. If you're a local, you should check out his classes. It's not often you come across a coach with a formal education in this field, and his expertise and passion are evident from his attention to form and technique. Bharat knows exactly how far to push you, but he's also quick to dial it back if you start feeling the strain. Maybe it's all those years training athletes that give him that instinct to push you safely. However, if weight training is not your thing or if you like to mix up classes, Bharat has got you covered. His animal flow classes are great fun.
