Our yoga teacher Ms Manu Manjula is simply amazing with my kids -- they really enjoy her classes. She teaches with great patience and makes every session fun and meaningful. Her flexibility with timings and punctuality are truly appreciated. The way she introduces different yoga positions keeps the kids excited to learn. She is amazing! If you have any hesitance about starting yoga she's great to start with in a private session. I never enjoyed yoga as much I do with Manu's guidance. Highly recommend.
