I am based in Middle East and have been attending yoga classes through Online mode with Alka ma'am and the experience has been wonderful. Her area of focus for me is on breathing exercises, which has really helped me feel calmer, more energized, and more aware of my body. The sessions are well-paced and every step is explained clearly so it's easy to follow along, even for beginners like me. There is an overall positivity and I can already notice improvements in my breathing, relaxation, and overall well-being. I'd highly recommend these classes to anyone looking to better their breathing and improve their health.
