Best in class gym.. The ambiance is very good plus the staff is also very polite. They provide the best equipments of Jerai fitness brand. Plus the facilities the provide like yoga ,Zumba , Aerobics , weight training, PT , sitting area , personal nutritionist , steam ,sauna , ice bath and many more. I highly recommend everyone in the town to visit the gym and join

I don't understand the hype around this gym because the reality is far from it. The washrooms are extremely unhygienic and unmaintained--dirty floors, clogged drains, and an awful smell that hits you as soon as you step in. It's honestly unacceptable for a place that charges premium membership fees. The management clearly doesn't care about their facilities or member feedback. I've brought this issue to their attention multiple times, but nothing has been done to resolve it. It's frustrating to see such negligence when cleanliness should be a basic standard in any fitness facility. If you're considering this gym, don't fall for the fake hype. There are far better options that actually value their members and maintain their premises. Until the management takes responsibility and fixes these issues, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Amazing experience of getting fit here... anything i see here is just fabulous...and specially the lighting setup and jerai equipments which are best in segment... i would surely say that Tlc Gym is a true dream gym of every fittness freak
