The Gym

The best go to gym in Sec 4 Rohini. I joined this gym 6 months ago and was highly encouraged by the atmosphere around here. The trainers are very friendly and have decent behaviour. Has seen noticeable difference in these 6 months.

Trainers are untrained at identifying exercise requirement. Just can't keep pushing senseless to the point of injury. Trainers also need training for interaction with members at gym. Feels more like bullying

The gym where I begin from 52 kgs and i am 75kg fully fit guy now. One of those gyms where you will get personal training even if you ain't paying for it. Best coach and Guidance Mr Dharamvir sehrawat bhaiya. Just go for it. Superb.

I gave 2500 for 3 months n today I'm leaving this gym because d trainer talked to me in a very rude way n thus isn't the first time. If u guys r thinking y, well cause I sat on his chair like every one does in d gym. He will talk to you in a nice way as long as you don't give up your money.
