The gym is quite untidy and dusty, and it's often overcrowded throughout the day. There's a significant lack of proper guidance from the gym trainer regarding fitness techniques and correct posture during exercises, which can lead to injuries. Due to the high number of gym-goers, there are often long wait times for equipment, and the trainer's lack of basic training knowledge and ineffective guidance eventually you have to be self-reliance or reliance on online resources. While the price is low, the absence of proper maintenance and expert guidance diminishes its value.
