Had a great experience at this gym. I recommend this gym to everyone who live in Uttam Nagar.Their owner and Praveen bhai and almost guys who used to go there everyone is too good and friendly and one of the most Important thing is that TRAINER (Kartik)of this gym is very active and friendly.I really missed them all .location or price is also too good and now they also provide you a genuine protein powder.

You can take spa here free of cost once in a week. The fees is quite reasonable and equipments are also good.

I have been to few Gyms of our area but I think this is the best gym at such a reasonable fees. I have been working out here for the past 1 year. All the machines and equipments here are imported and not the copied ones that you find in many gyms. If you talk about space this gym is quite big and it has different sections for cardio as well as weight training. The staff members and coaches are really friendly and helpful. Spa is also available in this gym.

A good gym, with decent machines. There are 3 treadmills and bicycles for cardio and enough machinery and weights for a person to get in shape. The fees is reasonable for 700 rupees. Water is available here. The trainers are good. It is located on 2 different buildings so is spacious enough.
