The best gym in north Delhi. Very spacious gym. Healthy environment. Knowledgeable trainers. Good place to maintain your fitness. I personally feel very happy and stress free in this gym. Muscle and music club is my second home and trainers are like my family.
It's one of the Biggest Gym nearby and is very much equipped with every amenities like steam room , personal counselling, big locker room , personal group classes for aerobics , Zumba etc. Also the machines are more advanced and gentry is also quite decent.
The gym is great -- excellent equipment, staff, and space. But the music is a letdown. They only play trance or a Sidhu Moosewala playlist all the time and don't allow Hindi songs, saying it'll lead to requests for Haryanvi music too. Honestly, they should drop "music" from their name.
