Gym has decent equipment, always clean and not at all crowded. I worked out here for couple of years. Didn't face any issues as such.
They can definitely improve the cleanliness of showers, and the only bench in the changing room is full of spots and unhygienic.
Though, I recently renewed my membership for full year and had to move out from Delhi for personal reasons. Since then I have been following up wanting to speak to management about my membership. This is where they are beings absolutely unhelpful.
I was suggested a solution, but when it came to making it happen, they refused. Every time I call, the person is either unavailable, or says will call back and never does.
So, if you keep renewing your membership, they'll be nice to you. Else, absolutely zero professionalism.

It's a very nice gym , not many people know about it as they don't advertise it.
The gym is in IT park and caters mostly for company people.
It does have steam rooms and a salon.

Only fewer people know about it and hence we get a gym with ample amenities and very few people at anytime in the gym.
