Owner replies to reviews in a very polite manner, but is a monster, does not refund money since 4 months. He will still write the same reply to this review. Worst gym of West Delhi, I've ever seen. Rude staff Broken machines Unprofessional trainers Wrong closing timings ACs do not work, or are off. Washrooms feel like public toilets If you cannot provide a nice and welcoming environment to the members who are paying huge amount out of their pockets, then you guys should quit and shut the gym and please look after your family.

Worst Gym Experience - Highly Disappointed This is honestly the worst gym I've ever come across. There are several major issues that need to be highlighted about Fit Gym: 1. Broken Machines Most of the machines are always broken, and despite multiple complaints, they still haven't fixed them. 2. No Water in the Evening Every evening, the water supply gets exhausted. If your gym is open till 11 PM, you should be prepared and keep extra water available for members. 3. Dirty Washrooms: The washrooms are always dirty and smell extremely bad. I've never seen them being cleaned even once. 4. Non working ACs The air conditioners never work, making it very uncomfortable to work out. I've purchased a yearly membership, so I've already paid a huge amount. It is the gym's responsibility to provide basic services in return. After all, they are service providers, and we as customers deserve better. The biggest issue I faced and the reason I'm writing this review is the Sunday closing time. It's clearly mentioned that the gym will be open till 4 PM on Sundays. But the trainer shut the gym at 3:30 PM and when I asked about it, he behaved very unprofessionally. He cut the lights and forced me to leave. That kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. Nothing in this gym works properly. Please start following some professionalism and basic work ethics. As a paying member, this is completely disappointing and frustrating. Would not recommend.

Extremely disappointed with the behaviour of the receptionist here. Her tone is rude, words are impolite, and her overall attitude is unprofessional. As the first point of contact for the gym, she should set a welcoming standard - instead, she creates a negative impression. Management should seriously reconsider who they keep at the front desk, because no matter how good the facilities are, such unprofessional behaviour ruins the entire experience. Apart from her, trainers are good and they do have lots of machines and proper ventilation.

I had a very unpleasant experience at Fit Gym. From day one, things just felt off. The reception staff, especially the ladies sitting there, have an extremely arrogant attitude. They don't greet you properly, and if you ask for any help or raise a concern, they respond rudely -- as if they're being forced to do their job. There's a serious lack of professionalism. The worst part is the gym's maintenance. Most of the machines are either broken or in such poor condition that using them feels risky. Dumbbells are either damaged or of uneven weight, which not only affects your workout but can also lead to injuries. Even when something is broken, it stays that way for 10 to 15 days -- no urgency to fix things. The washrooms? Always dirty. I don't think I've ever seen them properly cleaned. With the kind of fees they charge, this level of service is completely unacceptable. I regret signing up and would definitely not recommend this gym to anyone.

2.5 months ago they closed east patel nagar branch and shifted people from east to west in disguise that for a month it is closed and then we got to know that it is permanently closed... then I asked for refund and they are just making excuses and not picking my call and not providing my refund...I have all the papers and evidence....I m now frustrated since last two months I have been trying and they always give a date and on that date they make excuses and avoid picking up my call....I going to share this with consumer helpline first because I wasted alot of time but nobody heard my issue
