I went to this gym with my cousin yesterday. Both of us have cult elite pitampura membership 15 months. The owner there that takla guy he was so rude and arrogant. When I asked him to let us use the body mass index machine he straightaway denied and told us to use in pitampura branch only. Very bade behaviour. I highly advise cult team to take action against that taklu.

Pathetic gym over crowded even in office hours u have to wait 10 minutes to use any machine. Till u don't get membership sales team will be sweet, after that will listen to any of your request they will say that u fight argue with other members who r over using machine and not sharing with you. They are helpless. If you will ask refund they will say u didn't pay us go andd ask cult for refund. Then they will say we have 700 members we don't care about you. Go to any gym of cult fit there a standard dialogue WE HAVE 700 MEMBERS AND YOU ARE THE ONLY OanE COMPLAINING S YOUR R A PROBLEM. If u you want to keep good mind with body join any gym other than cult . They r just harassing members. And to complaint write email.

Cult gym is ok but none of the trainers are helpful, they don't care about anyone, they don't tell anything to any new person nor they help them in any way

Someone stolen my earbuds from the centre. I contacted with the cult team through gmail but they are telling me repeatedly that they checked the cctv. Even I asked how you guys checked and how you know which earbuds are mine. They have nothing to say. Also I requested them to share the cctv footages to centre manager but they didn't. Repeatedly they are just giving me same reply. I heard from mant people about lost or stolen items from gym . Before joining keep in mind
