The experience at Cult Z Block Rajouri Garden has been frustrating due to their policy regarding group class attendance for cult users. Cult users are not directly allowed to attend group classes without first marking attendance for the gym. This mandatory check-in is an extra step. If you want to track your fitness routine using the Cult application, this policy hinders accurate record-keeping. Having to mark attendance for the gym just to attend a group class means the app shows two attendances for one session, making it difficult to track class attendance. When asked about this policy, management stated that it is a franchise location with its own rules. This rule creates a confusing and inconvenient experience, especially for those who rely on the app for fitness tracking and prefer group classes. This attendance policy makes proper fitness tracking difficult, raising concerns about the flexibility and accessibility of group classes for cult members at this location

We had booked a trial session through the official Cult Fit app (as advertised, one-day trial session). After downloading the app and booking the trial, we also received a confirmation email from Cult Fit with all the required details, including the check-in code (1J68UO). The confirmation clearly mentioned that we could visit Cult Gym Rajouri Garden, Z Block, anytime between 06:00 AM - 11:59 PM to avail our free trial. However, upon reaching the branch, we were shocked by the behavior of the representative at the desk. Despite us showing the official confirmation email, QR code, and check-in code, we were rudely denied entry. The representative told us that "there is no trial" and refused to let us access the gym. We found this not only unprofessional but also misleading. If Cult Fit is officially offering trial sessions on its app and sending confirmations via email, how can your staff at the branch outright deny their existence? If there are no trials available, then such options should not be displayed on the official app or website in the first place. What makes this even more frustrating is that we were genuinely interested in joining Cult Fit after the trial. In fact, out of the four of us who visited, three members have already been associated with Cult Fit in the past. Instead of receiving a welcoming experience, we were treated rudely and made to feel as if we were at fault for availing the offer displayed on your own app. This incident has left us extremely disappointed and offended. Not only has it shaken our trust in Cult Fit's services, but it also discourages us from recommending Cult Fit to others in the future. As paying customers (past and potentially future), this is not the kind of treatment we expect from a reputed fitness brand. We strongly request you to: Look into this matter immediately and take action against the misbehavior of the representative at the Rajouri Garden (Z Block) branch. Clarify the trial session policy across your app and branches so customers are not misled. Ensure that such incidents do not happen again with other potential customers. We hope that Cult Fit values customer trust and takes necessary steps to address this issue seriously. Otherwise, experiences like this can push loyal customers away permanently. One of the Best Cultfit Branches - Rajouri Garden I've been training at Cultfit Rajouri Garden for a few months now, and the experience has been amazing. The gym space is clean, spacious, and very well-maintained, which creates a positive workout environment. They have a great variety of machines and free weights, perfect for both beginners and advanced members. Everything is organized and easily accessible, and the equipment is in excellent condition. A special shoutout to Trainer Ganesh - he's one of the most professional and dedicated trainers I've come across. He's super approachable, pays close attention to form, and really motivates you to push your limits while ensuring safety. If you're serious about your fitness journey, I highly recommend checking out this Cultfit branch. Rajouri Garden is definitely one of the better-managed and result-driven gyms in West Delhi.

Working out in cult fit Rajouri Garden for almost 1.5 years wonderful experience with gym staff especially with mr Ganesh. And top notch machines conditions and very spaciou gym.
