Honestly, this gym is nothing like they claim. Trainers don't help at all unless you pay for personal training. Even if you ask for assistance, they act like they don't care.
The equipment is old and worn out--plates, weights, everything feels cheap and neglected. The hygiene is horrible, and the steam/sauna has never worked. Before joining, just check the bathroom once--you'll understand what I mean.
But here's the most ridiculous part: the trainers and even the helpers treat the gym like their own personal playground. They spend more time doing their own workouts than helping members. Many times, we have to wait for machines because the STAFF is using them. Imagine paying for a gym, and instead of being guided, you're standing around while trainers hog the equipment for themselves. Disgusting!
I have no idea how the management is blind to all this. I'm stuck with my current plan, but once it's over, I'm never coming back. And I'll make sure none of my friends ever join this place.

It's definitely one of the better-equipped gyms in Sector 7 and perhaps the main reason it draws a crowd. However, it's not the ideal place to begin your fitness journey there are no floor trainers available to guide you unless you go out of your way to ask, and even then, you're often ignored. I've taken personal training twice, so my experience was fine, but I've seen many others struggle without guidance. While a few good trainers exist, most seem focused solely on personal training clients. For some, it's just about making money even accepting cash under the table, disregarding gym policies.
Hygiene is another issue. The washrooms are poorly maintained, and the steam room is out of order more often than not. Don't count on getting the complimentary bag or sipper they're rarely in stock. If you manage to get them, consider yourself lucky.

That's because staff often prompt members to leave glowing feedback while supervising the review process.
Given the similar price point, gyms like Gold's or Anytime Fitness both just across the street offer a much more professional and reliable experience. So why settle for a sab par product?
For me, it was an average experience. My membership expired, and I chose not to renew.

After the sale, customer service is extremely important, and this is where VIVA falls short. They lack the confidence to provide a warranty for even 1-2 months after the service. In terms of service, the technician typically comes to tighten a few screws, and then it's considered "done." However, just a couple of weeks later, I experienced issues such as noise coming from the belt and a weakening base.
Moreover, when I reported my concerns, the staff worked inefficiently and failed to arrange for a technician to visit in a timely manner. I reported my issue on Saturday morning, but by the end of Sunday, they had still not ensured that someone would come. The technician informed me that he would come on Monday, seemingly thinking that he would be prioritized during the weekdays.
I'm sorry to say that my experience so far has been disappointing. Please take this aspect into consideration before finalizing any agreement with VIVA.

Terrible Experience
I genuinely don't understand how this gym has a 4.5-star rating -- must be paid reviews or ones pushed by the staff. As someone who's been a regular here, I can confidently say the owner has absolutely no intention of running this place seriously.
There are no trainers, and the owner never responds to any feedback. Instead of fixing anything, the response you'll get is either silence or passive retaliation.
And get this -- they took a break recently for "renovation", and when you come back, literally nothing has changed . Same broken machines, same dirty washrooms, same non-functional ACs. It's like the "renovation" was just an excuse to shut the gym for a few days.
Drinking water? Good luck. You'll probably have to refill the dispenser yourself or beg someone to do it.
Machines? Always broken.
ACs? Never on -- looks like saving on electricity is the top priority, not member comfort.
Washrooms? Still disgusting -- foul smell and zero maintenance.
If you're planning to join, please save your money and go for a smaller local gym. At least they care. This place? A textbook example of how NOT to run a gym.

I love the environment and the energy that I get from the gym . The staff is very supportive and the trainers are highly professional specially Manish sir . The gym deserves 5 star in every aspect unlike other local gyms who only feeds the customer with the same repeated words like how big they are 14,000 sq ft in area . All I can I see is copied machinery from club viva
