Cardio Good gym is in front of Dashmesh public school. Location is perfect. GYM size is not so big not so small, Gym equipment is ok . Trainers are good and supportive. Gym fee is good. Good place for health workout. I think cardio is good gym for all.

The gym is very good. A sensible and educated crowd with least arguments around. A good place to socialise as well as to be fit. Personally i was never serious but trainer and gym owner made me conscious of workout leading me to loose around 8 kgs in just two month. Besides money charged is feasible and comparatively better . Has diversity of workout and aerobics. The trainers are good . Services are good.
