It is one of thr best fitness clubs in Najafgarh. It is equipped with the latest machines. Every gym provides weight training but this one also has good crossfit training facility. One of the good things is that it has 7 to 8 treadmills and it is very spacious. Currently, The fee is 1500 per month and 3500 for three months. It is open on Sundays as well (7 AM to 7 PM) and steam bath is also available on Sunday.

In this, Hemant is a very bad type of man, who is a trainer in this gym. He tries to touch the girls in a very bad way, talks very dirty, if my sister goes here then stay away from this place are He really needs to learn manners

I joined Armstrong initially for weight loss and lost almost 14 kgs in over 3 months .My trainer Hemant sir helped me to push mu boundries and encouraged me to work hard each day even when i felt demotivated. He has helped me through the journey as a great mentor and has been really professional and made sure i felt comfortable and safe in the gym . Hemant sir also provided me with proper diet plans and workout routine to make the journey effective
