It is a good gym.. Not too big or fancy but actually renders all your requirements. Budget friendly and economical. Good location and has good trainers and owner. Ladies safety and security is controlled and maintained. Good music player. People around are helpful.
most of the treadmills,cycles are broken , dumbles are broken, most of the equipment and benches have worn out no maintenance. join at ur own risk oh yes trainers just sleep if u late in morning
