Please be extremely cautious before signing up -- especially if you're a woman- This place is not what it advertises. There are serious safety, hygiene, ethical, and legal concerns across both the gym and Pilates studio. I've been a member at Central Dynamics for almost a year, paying over 2 lakhs in total. I've always been respectful toward staff, referred others, and even renewed an annual unlimited membership just two months ago -- but the reality has been deeply disappointing and unsafe. 1. Not a Safe Space for Women Despite advertising itself as women-friendly, I was verbally abused and threatened by Aman (Head of CD Club) in front of staff and members when I politely asked for a refund due to reduced services. His exact words: "Shut up, abhi teri membership cancel karke terko neeche fek dunga." "Koi refund nahi milega, jo karna hai kar lo." "Iss ladki ne toh sabke liye ruckus create kar rakha hai." My only response was: "Aman, aap kaise baat kar rahe ho?" I left the premises feeling physically unsafe and shocked. I then requested that CCTV footage be preserved. Kamal (Director) failed to respond -- raising further concerns about transparency. I have filed both a police complaint and a consumer complaint. 2. Facilities Shut Without Notice A month ago, the basement gym (main strength area + sauna) was suddenly shut "for maintenance" and later quietly rented out -- no notice or compensation to members. Equipment was crammed upstairs into a smaller area, creating unsafe and cramped workout conditions. The sauna was removed without replacement. 3. Unhygienic and Unsafe Pilates Studio The Pilates studio is in poor condition: Broken reformer, Loose screws on the floor and Rat and cockroach infestations. Access to the Cadillac machine, previously included, is now blocked. Trainers rudely ask you to purchase PT sessions to use it -- despite having paid for an "all-access" plan worth 1 lakh+. 4. Policy Manipulation & Misleading Sales My membership was sold as a "CD Unlimited Membership" (gym + studio access). However, when I requested a refund, Rupinder (Studio in-charge) changed the narrative, calling it a "CD Studio membership with complimentary gym access" -- just to deny responsibility. This was never communicated during the sale and is highly deceptive. 5. Money-First, Not Member-First The management sweet-talks you into paying upfront but becomes unresponsive, dismissive, and even aggressive when you raise issues. I personally referred four people to CD -- all left after poor experiences, especially with Rupinder. Feedback is ignored, and the service quality keeps deteriorating. 6. Suspicious Billing Practices I received two different invoices for the same membership: First at time of payment: "Unlimited Annual x1" Second (after legal complaint): "CD Studio Annual Membership (unlimited classes)" There was no cancellation or explanation for the original. These discrepancies were flagged in my consumer complaint. Kamal, the Director, has refused to take ownership of this issue. Bottom Line: This place must be held accountable -- for unsafe conditions, unethical behavior, and financial misconduct. Women: Your safety is not guaranteed here. Members: You may not receive the services you were promised. Do not fall for the polished branding -- the real experience at Central Dynamics is deeply problematic.

By far the best Studio in town. This location is mint from the staff, to the customised equipment to the facility itself with such huge space. Group classes are fun, fellow members are inspiring, amazing vibe as soon as you walk in. The cafe inside offers the best coffee and cookies for which i can't stop drooling

Well, I'm not a person who writes reviews, but this place CD has left an impression worth sharing. The best way to analyze a place is to rate it on basis of its Pros and Cons. Pros: The place possesses all elements of fitness, 1. bodybuilding, 2. Olympic weight lifting, 3. functional fitness, 4. mobility, 5. row crew. 6. The Largest in Dwarka, Delhi 7. A great place to vibe with friends. Cons: couldn't think of any. Dear, requires a special mention as it provides coffee from one the finest brews of Blue Tokai Roasters. A perfect place to be with friends and share thoughts and enjoy beautiful sunsets. My wishes to the team CD to be soon another brand in the fitness world with outlets opening in other areas of Delhi.

Central dynamic is well designed training facility. It includes multiple training areas embedded with diverse and top of the line equipment. This high quality gym caters to all member need. From the management, to the trainers, by far the nicest and most knowledgeable staff in the business today. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend (CD) to anyone. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave.

Good experience with highly customised machines for body building and explosive training. Newly opened cafe DEAR adds up to the vibe of the place. Wonderful people all around. Great experience

What a fresh experience of training at Central dynamics !!! , Scientific approach strong aim towards basics with ample amount of training area kudos guys... And their nutritional Cafe adds cherry on top cookies are must try.

Hands down one of the best places to workout. Filled with highly experienced and motivating trainers , this place really makes you want to go workout! Highly advanced machines, ample workout area and a vibrant in house cafe to cater to all your energy needs. P.S - You can play your jam in your own space! Cheers!
