Very well built community residential society. A big play area, club house with indoor games, gym, jacuzzi, swimming pool, and conference hall. Ample parking space. Appartment are really very specious and well designed. Good security and lift facilities in every buildings. A bit lacking in plumbing materials used and entrance gate is far away for some buildings.
No.1 society in Silvassa. There is a small community hall, and the society also has gym (monthly charges 200), swimming pool, jacuzzi, facilities in the clubhouse. Society is 17kms away from Vapi railway station. Overall it is a nice place to be at! 30th Aug 2022: Last day at THE GREEN LEAF CLUB GYM, located in PRAMUKH GARDEN.
