Lords Resort Silvassa

Rooms are showing the age. Hospitality is at it's best. Only Airtel has coverage. (Not their fault though). Food was great! Every thing was perfect. Restaurant service was also awesome and courteous. One star less just because of minor repairs needed to room furniture/fixture & lighting needs to be more bright.

This is no longer a Lords franchise, but still a good place to stay with family at Silvassa. Food is good. Fast service. Clean and spacious rooms. Cable TV not working in all rooms and they seem to get it from unoccupied rooms, but even that service is quick.

I booked the two classic rooms in this resort for my family of 5 adults for 24th - 25th June 2017 through MakeMyTrip + Mobikwik(got a discount of Rs.300/-) for a total of around 6K for 1 night including breakfast. The resort is easily locatable through google maps and also once you enter Silvassa. The resort isn't like the best amongst the lot but for the price I booked, I was satisfied. The staff is polite but not at all helpful. And the service is really slow. After check in, we ordered food in our room and the food was good but took almost an hour to come. In the evening we went to explore the resort but came to know there is only swimming pool as other indoor activities are closed. Everything is broken in the indoor activity. The hotel staff will tell you everything is available but once you checkin, you will know the fact. The pool is around 5 feet so you can enjoy in the pool. When we went it was raining heavily so TV and internet were not working. (The Internet is complimentary) Breakfast was amazing. It had a lot of varieties and food was tasty. Overall, a peaceful and budget trip you can tell.

Lord's resort is located in silvasa. Having facilities like swimming pool, club House with games like table tennis, snooker,carrom etc. Rooms are spacious, neat and clean but some of the room having deteriorating quality of ambience due to lack of maintenance or any other reason- against the terrif one pay. Staff here is supportive and helpful. Room service is satisfactory. Restaurant has variety of testy continental dishes and seating capacity around 70-100 guest. Quality of food is good but quantity against the price paid might makes one feel it costly.resort also has Conference Hall and spa. Children play area is not up to the mark and also needs maintenance.

Rooms are good but need better maintenance, room service is veryy poor & connectivity options are difficult if one doesn't have his own car for the trip. The staff needs to be much more courteous & attentive to customers.
