Bad services. room service so slow. Dirty swimming poor water. staff member came through inside the room by master key at 3 a.m. midnight that was so strange They said it was by mistake so no privacy too . Dirty smelling bathrooms.

Amazing experience with this resort.. Overall the property is too good, well maintained neat and clean and great supportive staff. The best part is the quality and mouth watering delicious food, each dishes we ordered were too good.. Nice place to visit with family and friends and office groups..

Average hotel with too high prices. Rooms are not spacious. Amenities only they have is swimming pool and one carrot board. Gym is under construction and functional. One can play out door games like badminton and cricket in their small play area. Breakfast is having good option but limited ones. All in all costly hotel with average amenities and service. Search for other options if u are planning to stay in silvassa.
