Great gym and super clean with even better instructors. Audrey, Georgia, and David always bring the energy and keep the classes fun and challenging! I love the studio, yoga , and body pump classes here! And now they offer the studio lift classes 10/10 would recommend.
Angela is an Angel! She was so attentive and amazing! She is definitely a valued employee on vasa staff! She was so kind and gave my guest a tour of the gym while I was doing red light! She also generously gave up her massage passes for us! She is very generous, and I loved talking to her!
I've been going here for 5 months and it's the best! The classes are great! Facility is clean! I've taken my 6 week old here for almost 3 months and they take great care of her in kid care. The stretch and barre classes are my favorite!
Love the amenities and classes, especially Studio Red! My only complaint is some of the instructors talk too much. Sometimes we just want to let the music motivate us; we don't need a countdown every 10 seconds.
So far , I really like this location. I originally started at the Thornton location and tried this one due to needing kid care. The kid care is absolutely 100 times better at this location. Everyone seems way friendly. It is never super overly loud or crowded. So far, I really like the instructors in the classes. Over all cleaner and more organized. I will update at a later date if anything changes, but definitely like this location.
