Samsung Experience Store - Right Choice - Anupam Nagar

I found the staff to be unhelpful when I asked for assistance and very arrogant Especially the "MALE STAFF"

My experience of this store was very bad We usually visit the official store for authenticity and good experience I visited this store to purchase samsung s23fe after all negotiations and finalizing everything for 1 hour when i was going to buy the phone i told my payment option as card payment the store employee spoke with the owner and then refused to sell the smartphone because card payments come with 2% charges to them to They said pay us with cash or upi orelse we wont sell the phone to you We had agreed to all their terms sacrificing on color which they refused that it wont be available anytime soon prices it was way expensive in the experience store btw ( i got it in lesser price from a local store ) Still we prefer factory outlets for authenticity but I would never visite this store again Such a bad experience from an experience store !!!!

Everything is perfect but there was a problem that they don't have older models of Samsung phones I suppose to buy older model but they don't have any of them..
