A Truly Nourishing Experience for Body and Mind I joined the prenatal yoga class during my second trimester, and it has been one of the best decisions of my pregnancy journey. The instructor was not only knowledgeable about yoga, but also deeply understanding of the physical and emotional changes a pregnant woman goes through. Each session was thoughtfully designed to be gentle yet effective -- helping me build strength, improve flexibility, and most importantly, stay calm and centered. What I loved most was the focus on breathing techniques and pelvic floor exercises that are incredibly useful. The environment was warm, supportive, and non-judgmental -- a safe space to connect with other expecting moms and share this beautiful phase of life. By the end of every class, I felt light and more in tune with my body. Also yoga helps in decreasing leg swelling and helps relieving back pain especially when you have a long hour sitting job. I can't recommend this class enough to any expecting mom looking for balance, wellness, and a little moment of peace each week.
