Wonderful place to live. Very well planned city. Presently it is under construction and many more infrastructure is coming up very well. Situated in outskirts of Rajnandgaon yet it will be an good option for the future planning for settlement purpose. Fresh air with greenery gives a natural touch.
Colony is well developed. Colony is clean. But House Rent is high something 10000/- Rs. and market distance will 5 km and Railway Station will 3 - 3.5 km. Are u think for house purchase so I suggest in this colony house price is high. House finishing is OK means not bad. This colony is on Nagpur - Durg Highway road.
