About Power House GYM
Our gym has a large room, usually containing special equipment, where people go to do physical exercise and get fit. The gym has exercise bikes and running machines. While some guests enjoy CrossFit Exercise and others work out in the gym . The large gym offers a variety of exercise equipment and weights going up to 400 Kg and heavy machineries.

This gym is using all domestic equipment in commercial gym. Also they don't have iron equipments but only fibre plates which don't give a feel of doing workout . Here they don't a person or trainer who have knowledge about the nutrition diet and workout .The only truth about this gym is that the owner have opened the gym and nothing a t all..
