I have been working out at this gym for a very long time! Unlike other gyms this place is famous for their lack of services and their attitude towards the clients when you complain. Every time i thought this gym wont go downer on standards any more , they surprise me with something new. Today we found a screwdriver being put in a machine instead of a weight pin. We are still confused whether to complain about this or laugh over it.
I've been working out at this gym for 3 years now, and while the equipment is decent, there are several issues that need attention. First, the air conditioning is almost always out of order, making the environment uncomfortably hot, especially during peak hours. However, whenever I've raised this issue with the gym staff, they never seem to agree that it's not working, which is frustrating. Second, there are no general trainers available on the floor for guidance, which is a big downside for those who need assistance or want to ensure they're using the equipment correctly. Lastly, parking is a major issue--there's simply not enough space, and it's often difficult to find a spot.
I was a member of this gym for two years, but the professionalism and management have gone from bad to worse. The front desk staff, mostly immature teenagers, behave very casually and make disrespectful comments to clients. For instance, they say things like "Aapke to darshan nahi hai, aakar humpe bahut kripa kar diye". Such behavior is completely unacceptable in a professional setup. bhai paisa lo, tumhe kya karna hai main aaoon na aaoon, taaoo lage ho kya shehar ke. While trainers like Rajesh, Prince, and Aleem are genuinely good, the management is extremely poor, and the gym is now filled with "chapris." The policies clearly favor the owners rather than the clients. I have quit this gym, and if zero stars were an option, I would have given that.
I really appreciate the availability and quality of equipment. Everything is in good condition and easy to use. The overall environment is motivating -- good music, proper lighting, and a positive vibe.
