KRIS GETHIN GYMS - RAIPUR

Hey everyone, I've been working out at Kris Gethin's Gym for almost 2 years now, and I want to share an honest review based on my experience. When I first joined the gym, everything was great -- the facility was excellent, and the staff and management were quite supportive. But unfortunately, things aren't the same anymore. Whenever we raise an issue at the reception, there's no real solution. It feels like staff doesn't have the authority or willingness to take action. As a content creator, Sometimes i need proper lighting to shoot my videos. But in this gym, the lights are dimmed during the day -- which is understandable. The real issue begins when I switch them on to record: within minutes, the staff turns them off again. When I raised this concern, their response was -- "the lights hurt people's eyes." Honestly, that sounds like a lame excuse. They told me, "Just switch on the lights when you're recording and turn them off right after." But let's be real -- shooting content during workouts already takes focus away from training. I'm fine with that compromise, but now you expect me to pause every few minutes, walk over, and manually handle the lights? That's just ridiculous. Honestly, it just feels like they're cutting corners at the cost of our experience. Another long-standing issue I've raised multiple times is about having a consistent music playlist and volume level. At this gym, anyone can come and play whatever music they want. Sometimes it's wedding songs, sometimes it's Arijit Singh ballads -- great songs in general, but not suitable for a workout environment. You can't really play item songs in a gym, right? These small things seriously affect the gym atmosphere and focus. And from a premium brand like Kris Gethin's, people expect much better management and the gym staff needs to understand that. Music control shouldn't be in the hands of clients. Kris Gethin's Gym is a reputed franchise, and honestly, no client would expect this kind of poor management from such a big name. Thankyou

I've been working out at this gym for the last 5 years, but my experience recently took a shocking turn. Without any warning or explanation, my membership was abruptly terminated. I reached out to both owners, including one who owns the franchise . who, frankly, carries himself with an air of arrogance that reflects in how he treats long-time members, but received no response. One would expect at least a basic level of professionalism, but even the management team was evasive and unwilling to provide answers. The entire situation was handled with complete disregard. This kind of behavior, from the top down is exactly why I now understand the gym's visible decline. When arrogance replaces respect, and silence replaces service, it's no surprise members start walking away. I would rate in minus if it could possible.

Best gym of our city! friendly environment, helpful and supportive staff, i have been working out there since last 2-3 years under satyam sir , he turned my "cannot" into "can", he always motivate & push us to go to beyond our limit, i feel more empowered than ever before, it improved my physical health as well as mental health, under his training session i personally learnt alot , Thank you for being such wonderful coach Thanks alot "kris Gethin Gym Raipur " the entire team, love you all, Lots of best wishes

Kris gethin is having world class equipment's, gym is well maintained and gym trainers and front desk managers are always helpful to me specially ayaz sir and suhel sir. Ambience of this gym is really amazing. Overall my personal experience is absolutely great.
