Gold's Gym (Telebandha)

One of the best gym with affordable membership! Canteen has everything we need to fulfill our cravings. Lake side view, overall solid 8/10 I'd say!

I joined just one month ago and bought personal training for that month. But the personal trainer at Gold Gym is not professional. He doesn't even know what he's teaching, and the way he guides is completely wrong. He rarely pays attention to me and is on his phone most of the time. For 15 days, he made me do the same exercises and never taught any leg workouts -- only dumbbell exercises and 2-3 machine workouts, which were not helpful for me at all. I paid 7,000, but it was a total waste of money and time. I will not be joining this gym again and would not recommend anyone to join it for learning purposes or to buy personal training. They are not professional.

Gym is nice... equipment are up to date. Locker room is not that great. Toilet is in a pathetic condition seeing the amount they are charging from us.

Management is supportive and caring. Best Yoga and Zumba environment in the Raipur.

Yoga and Gym is good they have best teachers and management is also supportive.
