P30 Fitness & Physiotherapy

I was suffering through knee pain, and went to multiple physiotherapist and no doubt Dr Harshal was the best that I could found. She instantly understood the problem and I was relieved within 2 to 3 sessions. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for physical fitness and specially women.

I started online training for weight loss and pcod. I have started noticing difference in just one month. I have fresh and energetic very morning after exercise. My trainer is very good and also the physiotherapist. I had consulted her from my cervical spondylitis problem and got it treated. Her knowledge regarding my particular issue was very good. In all good experience.

I have been a member of P30 since June 2023 and it has been an amazing journey! Due to long hours of studying for competitive exams, my back used to hurt alot, I wasn't able to focus for long hours and was getting distracted easily. My mental health was detoriating and everything used to stress me out. One day I visited P30 and within a day itself I enrolled for their PT. Prakhar Sir has immense knowledge and before starting any exercise he used to explain the benefits in a very interesting way. Within a month, I started seeing amazing results! My back pain reduced alot. I felt that my confidence,motivation and focus has been increased! Prakhar sir and Harshal maam both have been really helpful and were really kind to me! When i started doing workout, it got really addictive! The things I wasn't able to do before, I got the confidence and enthusiasm of doing that. My sleep cycle has also been improved! Thankyou P30!

As a teen student I would say its a complete 10/10. Trust me when I say this its just completely different from other gyms that I went to. I felt immense changes within myself in about a week itself not just physically but mentally. High on energy for the whole day literally with 0 muscle cramps. If you are looking for a place to find comfort and leave all your worries do join the club.

This place is just something I would call Heaven if you want to just bring in calmness in your life.. Never ever thought gym can be this peaceful, you would just wanna come back everyday....we do a lot of workouts but they are not a lot , you just feel you did nothing, it's so relaxing as well as so energizing... I am a student and truly this place has pulled out procastionation from my life as well, never thought gym could improve mental health as well.. It's really different from any other gym.. You just need to feel good and not in a race to lose weight or gain it.. THe ambience there is amazing ..its so beautiful and personalized as there are not too many people at that time.. They make sure you have a space to yourself ... Sir is just amazing his calmness makes that place so peaceful...unlike other trainers he is just so concerned and so calm...you are not pushed to do things you can't...... Every thing is in so slow pace you don't even realize...you are doing something you have never done before...its a must join place ..its just my favorite part of the day and definitely will become yours too

The studio has a very good setup and the trainer is very attentive, cooperative and simply amazing would definitely recommend joining.. Had amazing workout sessions
