I joined ojas yog mandir one year ago when i was overweight . I lost 35 kgs in 7-8 months.All credits for this goes to shreya didi and ojas yog mandir who all motivated me at every point of time.without them all this could not be possible.This not only helped me in health issues but also changed my whole lifestyle. Shreya didi is a very motivated ,positive and convincing person who motivated me throughout this journey and helped me a lot.she was the only person who convinced me for my health and helped to achieve this target. I really appreciate her for their works .The atmosphere there is quite and calm helps me to relax the body and mind . All the trainers also there are polite ,friendly and helping nature.Although i have lost the weight but i go there everyday as it makes me feel happy and makes me refresh throughout the day .overall it was the best experience and request you all also to join and make the best out of you with the best facilities provided there.

I Joined Ojas yoga Mandir under session 8weeks 8 kg challenge Under Miss. Shreya Agrawal. The Atmosphere in the yoga class was quite Calm.. It allowed me to relax , Settle my thoughts And work under my mobility and flexibility . Miss Shreya is a really positive person with calming and convincing voice. With all her due support only I was able to reduce my weight and see my transformation..
