I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. A serious issue occurred when a catering staff member stole from a guest's room. Shockingly, the hotel management took no responsibility and did not help at all. It was only after the guest's own efforts that the thief admitted the theft and returned the money. The rooms on the first floor (101-122) are outdated, with a strong 90s vibe, old sofas, and worn-out bathrooms. Despite this, the prices are unreasonably high for the quality offered. They even use old-school key locks instead of modern card access systems. The banquet hall experience was equally poor. The hotel staff quietly turned off the ACs during the event, leaving guests sweating and uncomfortable. During the phera ceremony, they even switched off the fans, making the atmosphere extremely suffocating. Overall, I would not recommend this place--especially for events or stays expecting basic comfort, safety, and professionalism.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. Rooms are good and food is amazing! We were in Raigarh for one week and we had food only at Hotel' restaurant.

Nice ambiance, good food but quality could be improved according to the price. Overall it was good. peaceful and cozy.
