These 2 stars are for just for the ambiance of the gym. 1. There are too many cleaning staff members constantly cleaning, even during yoga or stretching sessions. They show no regard for personal space, often sweeping right near your face -- it reflects a complete lack of civic sense. 2. Some of the trainers are rude; they don't even care if someone is already using a machine -- if their client needs it, they just take over without any consideration. 3. The people handling the reception are absolutely unhelpful. They don't know how to give a proper gym tour to new clients and provide only half the information. 4. The entire club fails to provide proper information about off days, half days, or changes in timings on specific days. 5. Although the gym timings are from 6 AM to 10 PM, there's a bizarre rule that the air conditioning remains off from 12 PM to 4 PM. This is unfair, especially for members who can only work out during those hours -- they're paying the same membership fee as everyone else. To make matters worse, deep cleaning with a high-powered dust blower is done during peak workout hours without any fixed schedule. Imagine being in the middle of a heavy squat or intense weight training session while dust blows into your nose and mouth -- it's not only distracting but also unhygienic. Why can't such cleaning be scheduled before the gym opens or after it closes?"
