Disappointed Stay - Poor Service and Tiny Rooms

I had high expectations based on the photos and reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The breakfast was extremely poor - limited options, not fresh, and definitely not worth the price.
The overall service was subpar. Staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful throughout our stay. Simple requests took too long, and there was a general lack of hospitality.
Rooms were very small and cramped - nothing like the pictures shown online. It felt more like a budget guesthouse than a proper hotel. Cleanliness was average at best.
Definitely not value for money. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Located in the city, a calm place with a good ambience for vacation stay. They do display their pet friendly nature of business with their in-house dog, Zoey. The complimentary breakfast was fine but the rest of the food was very good in taste. We arrived on a musical night. Staff is friendly.

We booked total 4 rooms through Goibibo...
1 deluxe hut & 3 executive rooms..(the combo is automatically made by Goibibo)
When we reached at property we found that
Deluxe hut is on ground floor & executive rooms are on 1st floor
We requested the big lady at reception to Give rooms on Same floor i.e ground floor...
She asked for 3000 rs extra for the same...
We offered 2000 rs for upgrading our rooms but she is sticked to that 3000 rs like glue...
That is so much disappointing...our whole group of 8 persons request her but she denies all the time.
Finally we paid her.
Then we asked her to arrange bonfire...
She replied " apko price to pta hoga naa" & asked for 500 rs extra.
I request owner to plz change her immediately or asked her to handle customer politely.
Lot of Mosquito & beetle present all over the property.
Breakfast items are very limited & serving staff is not polite at all...we asked her to serve breads & tea at table she said "apne aap lena pdega"...
In night we sit on a tree house,
